What happens after I pay my deposit?
You’ll receive full trip details by email within 24 hours — arrival info, kit list, and a short form to complete. The remaining balance is due [X] days before departure. We’ll remind you when it’s time.
Can I share a room?
Yes. The standard room is a twin or double for two people. If you’re travelling solo, select the single room option at checkout. Solo travellers are matched where possible, or a single supplement applies.
What if the trip doesn’t reach capacity?
The week runs as planned once minimum numbers are met. If a trip were ever cancelled for any reason, all payments are refunded in full.
